Hello Everyone
Fall Series Day 9 did not look good at first.
The rain stopped at 12:45 we rigged our boats and launched.
Seven boats sailed eight races in a North wind at 8 to 10 knots.
After sailing we all went to Jon and Dawn’s for chili.
Thank you to both of them for having everyone over to their place. The chili was delicious.
If the weather is good and enough people want to sail this Sunday we can meet at 12:30.
Please let me know if you are interested.

Hello Everyone
We sailed seven races in a brisk East Northeast wind between 8 to 12 knots.
There were a few faces from the past at the pond today. Mark Kastel sailed the Rich Blatt's fiberglass boat,
and Ross Adams sailed Vlad's old boat 9570 with the 4557 sail. It was great to see that Mark has not lost touch with how to sail a Penguin. Ross was sailing well for someone who has not been in a Penguin for a while. We can look forward to seeing Ross on water the next few Sundays.
I hope to see everyone next Sunday, we will start at 1:00.

Hello Everyone
Day three turned out to a perfect day for Penguin sailing. Just four boats out for a Farewell to Tenner sail.
As the racing started Bill pointed out to us that a bald eagle was flying around over the lagoon.
We sailed seven races in West to Southwest wind between 7 and 13 knots, when it was touching the water.
The fans were on and off all afternoon. There was no telling where the new wind was going to be.
Great racing was enjoyed by all.
Hope to see you on the water next Sunday.

Hello Everyone
We started the Fall Series last Sunday. Three boats made it to the starting line.
The wind was West at 10 knots with 15 in the gusts. It was a great day for sailing.
Tom was forced to withdraw from the second race with equipment failure.
Dan’s boat suffered equipment failure just prior to the start of race three.
Bill Perley wins the Fall Series opener with two firsts after two races completed.
Let's all try to get a few more boats out for this weekend.
Hope to see everyone this Sunday. Start time is 1:30.
