If you missed sailing this Saturday at the PRSA Spring Regatta, you missed a great day of spring sailing. Seven Lasers and four Penguins sailed on the lower course. Winds were coming out of the north and the tide was high at noon, so we were able to set up a fairly long Olympic course in the cove. We did a couple triangles/sausages then added a second sausage. Winds were around 12MPH, but at times gusting upwards of 20MPH. We managed to get off 7 races, despite not being able to operate both RC boat engines. Khin won the day, with Jason Ipe, a new Laser sailor close behind him. We had a big cookout after sailing. This was truly a great day of sailing on the river. Thanks to Rolf and Sue Zeisler for helping out with RC
